The Marks or Logo displayed above are trademarked intellectual property rights of the National Association of REALTORS® ( NAR ) also registered in the Philippines under Registration Nos. 4-2007-005940 and 33815.

The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA, Inc.) is the sole Cooperating Association of NAR and the only entity in the Philippines authorized to protect the Marks or Logo for the exclusive use by International REALTOR® Members (IRMs) registered with CREBA-NAR Global Real Estate Council.

Any unauthorized use of the Marks or Logo in the Philippines without the expressed consent of CREBA, Inc. is strictly prohibited by law, and shall be the subject of legal action under Patent and Trademark Laws.
